Les Chercheurs d'Or is a sweet wine made from
grapes dried on straw and aged for eight years
in old oak barrels.

The result is a wine of superb
balance (acidity and sweetness).
Its natural vinification using indigenous yeasts 
is the reason it is no longer classified as a
Vin de Paille (straw wine).
