Refund Policy

You have a fourteen (14) day return and refund policy from the date you receive your items.

Please send an email to contact@levinnaturel.com with a copy of your invoice, order number, and reason for return. Upon receipt, we will inform you of the necessary steps.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, intact, clean, and complete (in a saleable condition, unopened bottles, unaltered and undamaged bottles or labels), accompanied by a legible copy of the invoice. Levinnaturel.com will then refund the products within fourteen (14) days of the date the return was made. Of course, the return of the order is at the customer's risk.
