Shipping Policy

Order Processing Your order will be processed within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart as soon as you have validated the delivery country. 1 order = 1 delivery address, but you have the option to choose a delivery address different from the billing address, such as your workplace or a neighbor's address.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes: VAT included

General Presentation Our mission is not only to select and offer you the best Natural Wines on the market but also to deliver them to you in the best possible conditions; that is, in a minimum time at the fairest price and in the best transport conditions to avoid deterioration of the wines.

Delivery Times Delivery of your order to your home will be made within 3 to 4 business days for France (excluding overseas territories) by our carrier partner. Delivery times for international orders are 10 business days. These deadlines are to be considered from the validation of the order and the receipt of payment. In the event that this delivery date is exceeded by more than 10 days, you may, if you wish, cancel your order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In this case, we will refund all sums paid, including the initial shipping costs (the return costs remaining at your expense pursuant to article L.121-20). Please note that if some of our products require a slightly longer delivery time, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order to inform you and decide with you on the follow-up to your order.  

Receiving Your Order Your order will be delivered to you directly as soon as possible. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You can then either contact the carrier (whose contact details are on the delivery notice) and arrange a new delivery with them, or go directly to the carrier to collect your packages. Important: In case of non-delivery for a reason attributable to you, (impossibility of access because you have not communicated the digicode number or a telephone number to reach you, no response to the delivery notice that was given to you) all shipping costs will be at your expense. It is recalled that all packages always travel at the risk of the recipient, who must therefore be very vigilant when receiving the packages.  

What to do in case of problems upon delivery? Delay: if you notice an unusual delay in delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at contact@levinnaturel.com or by phone. We will immediately intervene with our carrier. Damaged package or incomplete order: despite the care we take with our packaging, it may exceptionally happen that a package is damaged and bottles are broken. You must refuse the entire delivery and mention the reason (damaged package with breakage) on the delivery slip presented by the carrier.
