Article 1. Application of these general conditions of sale
These conditions apply to the sale of products by Levinnaturel.com. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the home page of the website www.levinnaturel.com. It is sufficient for the buyer to click on "Terms and Conditions of Sale" to know the conditions of his order, even before he has begun the ordering process. Consequently, the act of placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these G.S.C., to the exclusion of any other document such as prospectuses or catalogs issued by the seller, which are for information purposes only. The fact that the seller does not avail itself at a given time of any of the provisions herein shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to avail itself at a later date of any of the said conditions. In the absence of any specific stipulation in the present terms and conditions and agreed in writing between the parties, orders are automatically subject to the present terms and conditions of sale, irrespective of any other clauses that may appear in the purchaser's documents. Our offers are exclusively reserved for private customers, to the exclusion of professional resellers. The purchaser declares that he/she has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing his/her order. Validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance.
Article 2. Terms of order and payment
Orders are only definitive once they have been confirmed by the payment of the price by the purchaser. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, Paypal or credit card. Payment is made in full upon confirmation of the order by the customer on the website. An invoice will be issued by Levinnaturel.com and available under the heading “my account” on the site. At the customer's request, an invoice may be sent by e-mail, or to the customer's billing address.
Credit card payments are secured by an SSL-compliant online payment system. In addition, all the banking information that you communicate to us, at the time of your on-line purchase, is neither stored, nor visible on Internet. Levinnaturel.com guarantees the confidentiality of your data.
The wines remain the property of Levinnaturel.com until full payment of invoices, in accordance with the terms of Law No. 80 336 of May 1, 1980, relating to retention of title, however, the buyer becomes responsible for the items upon delivery, the transfer of possession equals transfer of risk.
All our offers are subject to availability, without obligation, and unless sold in the meantime. In the event of a product purchased and stipulated as "in stock" on the site being out of stock, Levinnaturel.com undertakes to contact you within 48 hours to arrange a change or partial or full reimbursement of the purchase price.
In view of the rare or speculative nature of certain products, restrictions on available quantities may apply. In such cases, the quantity available is limited per household (same name, same address, same email address, same account holder or credit card holder). Levinnaturel.com therefore reserves the right to refuse an order if there is any doubt about the existence of a previous order for such a product.
Photos and product descriptions are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. A difference in color or presentation of the bottles may result from the quality of the photos or their date.
If the purchaser does not wish immediate delivery, the seller may hold the items in the order on the customer's behalf for 15 working days (3 weeks) after the order date. After this period, the bottles will be returned to stock, the buyer will be reimbursed for the total amount of his order and the availability of the products will no longer be guaranteed for the original buyer.
Certain references are subject to a limit on the number of products or a minimum number of products per order and per household.
Levinnaturel.com reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet these criteria.
Article 3. Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and displayed inclusive of all French taxes (French VAT displayed by default and all other applicable taxes). Except for sales and without obligation, subject to typographical and display errors. The price indicated on the product sheet does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are invoiced according to the country of destination and the number of bottles ordered.
The total amount due, indicated in the order confirmation by Levinnaturel.com, is the final price to be paid, expressed inclusive of all taxes (French VAT or VAT of the country of delivery of the packages and all other applicable taxes): this price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the products, administrative costs and transport costs.
Levinnaturel.com reserves the right to modify its sales prices at any time. All promotional operations (vouchers, discount vouchers, partner discounts, etc.) are limited to the use of one person per household and per operation.
Levinnaturel.com reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet this criterion.
Important: it is the customer's responsibility to select the country of delivery in order to see the products displayed at the prices corresponding to the chosen country of delivery. THE DELIVERY RATES APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF ORDERING ARE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE.
Levinnaturel.com accepts the order and initiates delivery operations upon receipt of payment and the approval of our verification department.
Delivery of ordered items is made to the purchaser's home address or to any other address indicated at the time of ordering. The information given by the purchaser when placing an order is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient's details or incomplete information, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
In the event of goods being returned due to an incomplete address, the purchaser will be offered two alternatives:
- Reshipment of the goods after payment of the return shipping costs.
- Refund of the order after deduction of delivery costs.
Orders can be delivered in one go to one point.
Except in exceptional circumstances, products in stock are dispatched on the working day following the order. Pre-ordered products are indicated as being dispatched "within 7 days". In the case of an order including both stock and pre-order products, shipment will take place according to the lead times inherent to the latter.
Any order placed on our website www.levinnaturel.com and delivered in a country of the European Union is subject to the application of the law and taxes of the country of delivery.
Therefore, the buyer wishing to be delivered in a country of the EU mandates the company Levinnaturel.com to take care of the collection and routing of the goods on his behalf with the carrier of his choice.
In accordance with French law, all deliveries to the EU are quantitatively limited to 90 liters (equivalent to 120 bottles of 0.75 cl) for still wines and 60 liters (equivalent to 80 bottles of 75 cl) for sparkling wines, and in any case to 120 bottles for mixed orders without exceeding the limit of 60 liters of sparkling wines.
By accepting our GCS when placing an order, the purchaser certifies that he/she has read these provisions and accepts them in their entirety. In the event that an order exceeds these quantitative limits, Levinnaturel.com will refuse the order and will then propose a rate according to the duties and taxes of the country of export.

Article 6. Verification
In the event of rejection of your file by our verification department, Levinnaturel.com is entitled to request proof of identity and address from the purchaser (as well as a K BIS extract if the purchaser is a legal entity).
In the event of refusal on the part of the purchaser or non-conformity of the documents, Levinnaturel.com may require payment by bank transfer against cancellation of the bank transaction or destruction of the cheque issued by the purchaser.
Article 7. Delivery times
Levinnaturel.com undertakes to make every effort to deliver the products ordered as soon as possible, as indicated on the site and on each product sheet. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the product, the type of transport chosen and the country of destination of the goods.
If the buyer orders different products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies to the entire order. Delivery is made within the agreed time by handing over the product directly to the named addressee, or, in the event of absence, by notification of availability.
If delivery cannot be guaranteed within this timeframe, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel the order and obtain the complete cancellation of the sale. They may then request an exchange of the product(s) or a full refund of their order.
Delivery times are counted from order validation, i.e. receipt of payment, bank authorization (online credit card) and approval by the verification department.
War, riot, flood and fire are considered as cases of force majeure discharging the seller from his obligation to deliver.
Goods are always transported at the recipient's risk. It is therefore the buyer's responsibility to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery, and to express any reservations as follows:
- On the delivery slip provided by the carrier or by immediately calling the carrier's customer service department, in the presence of the delivery person.
- And, in all cases, by notifying the company Levinnaturel.com by letter addressed to its correspondence address within 21 days after receipt of the package AND by mail to contact@levinnaturel.com.
Exceeding the delivery time may not give rise to damages, deductions or cancellation of orders in progress. However, if the goods have still not been delivered one month after the customer's written complaint, the sale may be cancelled at the initiative of either party. The customer will obtain restitution of his payment, to the exclusion of any other indemnity or damages, within one month at the latest.
Article 8. Out of stock
In the event of permanent out of stock on a product ordered, Levinnaturel.com undertakes to inform the purchaser as soon as possible and to offer various alternatives:
- Replacement by the next vintage or by an equivalent or higher-quality product at the same price.
- Refund of unavailable products or of the entire order, according to the customer's choice.
In the event of a temporary shortage, the purchaser will be offered the option of waiting until the specified restocking date. Failing acceptance, the customer may request partial or total cancellation of the order.
Article 9. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the provisions of article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the purchaser has a period of 14 clear days from delivery of the order to return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement, at the purchaser's discretion, in good condition and in its original packaging, with the original invoice.
In the event that certain products have been opened or consumed, these products will be deducted from the refund made to the purchaser. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Goods travel at the buyer's risk.
If possible, please inform Levinnaturel.com Customer Service by e-mail (contact@levinnaturel.com) or by telephone on 04 66 55 78 79 of your decision to return goods so that we can process your request for exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
The return will be made by the carrier chosen by the buyer. On the other hand, in the event that the customer notes an anomaly on the part of Levinnaturel.com (example: product delivered not in conformity with the product requested), Levinnaturel.com undertakes to reimburse the costs incurred by the customer: price of the product and shipping costs, insofar as the products are returned in the same condition.
Article 10. Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to the application of French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, all disputes arising from the execution of an order or from the interpretation of the present terms and conditions, and more generally from agreements of any kind concluded between the parties, will fall within the jurisdiction of the court. In the event of non-payment, an indemnity of 10% of the invoice amount (minimum 45 euros) will be demanded, without prejudice to damages for abusive resistance.
Article 11: Legal information
Under Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959, which prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors, Law No. 74-631 of July 5, 1974, the buyer agrees, by completing the order form, to be eighteen (18) years of age on the date of the order by providing his date of birth when creating his account levinnaturel.com. Data protection: Pursuant to Article 27 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, personal data provided by the customer may give rise to the exercise of the right of access and rectification to levinnaturel.com. Article 13: Liability in case of failure of the website or suspension of service
levinnaturel.com disclaims any liability resulting from interruption of access to the website, and / or any malfunction or technical failures whatsoever, and whatever their duration or frequency. Users are reminded that they may contact the order department by telephone and/or visit the company's warehouse.
