Part of the négociant division of Domaine
Ganevat, this Riesling, made from old vines 
planted on pink granite, was vinified for two
years in demi-muids and one year in bottles,
using indigenous yeasts. It is unfined,
unfiltered, and without the addition of SO2.
This is a truly great Riesling, precise,
mineral, and remarkably vertical.
