Thierry Forestier and his wife Marie No settled in the village of Souvignargues, between the Cévennes and Camargue regions. They now cultivate 12 hectares of vines, most of which are over 50 years old and come from massal selections. Harvesting is done by hand and vinification is natural. No sulphites or oenological corrections are used. No technological intervention. The wines are pure and unpretentious, and the advice of their friend Eric Pfifferling (L'Anglore!) has added an extra dimension to the wines. As you can see, it's now up to you!
