After a stint in Bourgogne, Fanfan returns to the family estate.
Organic and then biodynamic farming, with "zero-zero" vinification (nothing added, nothing removed!).

Fanfan is a true driving force for the Jura region, but also for French natural wines throughout the world.
Many now-famous or up-and-coming winemakers have found help, work, and advice at Jean François Ganevat.
With his sister Anne, they have raised the estate to the pinnacle of natural wines.
The wines are true breaths of life, full of energy.
