Cuvée 910, 2021, Rouge

Made from very old vines, this cuvée is produced in homage to the monks of the abbey who cultivated vines in this vineyard since 910! Vinified almost as it was in the past and made from the estate's three iconic grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay, blended in the same vat for carbonic maceration in a mille-feuille style. A Burgundian UFO!
