Originally from the Jura, Nicolas Jacob started out on local market garden farms.
After deciding to work in the world of wine, he apprenticed with Jean Macle and Jean François Ganevat.
He will then launch with a first vintage in 2015.
We find in his wines the markers of Ganevat (drinkability, finesse, depth, tension...) but with his now well-established style!
Its wines are among the top natural wines of the Jura.
So you will have understood: if there is any, it is to be tasted without delay!
