In Arbois, Evelyne and the late Pascal Clairet have held the reins of Domaine de la Tournelle since 1991. The eight-hectare vineyard is an island of small, fertile plots. They make every effort to produce terroir wines free from any chemical additives: hand-harvested, indigenous yeasts, long aging in barrels and tuns, and no SO2 or filtration. The perfect ripeness and precise aging reveal all the finesse and purity of the terroir.

The wines have the following common denominators: finesse, energy and purity.
