DANIEL SAGE ESTATE

Passionate about wine at heart, Daniel Sage is a pure autodidact. He began winemaking in 2011 with the help of Jean Delobre. Based in Saint-Sauveur-en-rue, Ardèche, near Annonay, in a former industrial building, Daniel produces wines from his own vineyards in Bogy or from purchased raisins in the Villeneuve le Berg and Valvignères areas. From the beginning, he has vinified his grapes without additives.

Like the winemaker, the wines are captivating and rare. Daniel produces more than ten different vintages, struggling to blend wines from different barrels, always with their own unique personality. The unique character of each wine is also established through its labels, which reproduce paintings by Belgian painter Jean Raine. The names of the vintages correspond to the name of the painting. Wines that evoke strong emotions!
