BENOIT ROSENBERGER ESTATE

Originally from Sancerre and from a family that is not at all in the wine industry, Benoit decided at 20 to prepare a BTSA Viti-oeno, then he worked for a good ten years in Champagne in so-called “conventional” houses. This chemical approach to wine then diverted him from this environment and he decided to resume his studies to become a computer engineer. Which he will do for another ten years! In 2011 it was the revelation, the call of nature was strong and his desire to work outdoors led him to take over a small plot, in Auvergne . The story began! He then unearthed small plots here and there and decided to finally make wine. Not wanting to reproduce his past experiences and by principles of common sense, he decided to work in a natural way both in the vineyards and in the cellar, he favored the work of the vineyard and banned the use of sulfur as any chemical material in his wines.

Today Benoit works 4 hectares in the heart of this magnificent Auvergne terroir and the wines are devilishly good!!
