Sébastien Jacques and Amélie Vuillet, a young couple from the Jura region, made a bold decision in 2011: to settle in Molamboz, about ten kilometers from Arbois, to realize their dream: to become winemakers. Their estate covers a little over one hectare of vines, cultivated with a rigorous approach to organic farming. The couple adopts a minimalist winemaking philosophy, using only indigenous yeasts and avoiding inputs as much as possible.
